These Terms of Service govern your use of the Codexa Technologies website. Project-specific services are also subject to the proposal or agreement accepted by the client.

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about our services. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape it abusively, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Project services

Website content, discussions, and estimates are general information and do not create a binding project engagement. Each project is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement covering scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.

Payments and project changes

Payment amounts, milestones, taxes, and due dates will be stated in the applicable project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees. Late payment may pause work or delivery after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Codexa Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. Third-party software remains subject to its respective licence terms.

The Codexa Technologies name, logo, website design, and original website content may not be copied or used without permission except where applicable law permits.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, content, credentials, and feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure supplied materials can legally be used and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Review deliverables and report issues within the agreed acceptance or support period.
  • Maintain secure access credentials and appropriate backups after handover where applicable.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim for accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Codexa Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use.

Liability for paid project services will be governed by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any project agreement, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts serving Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
