Project services

Payments and project changes

Codexa Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. Third-party software remains subject to its respective licence terms.
The Codexa Technologies name, logo, website design, and original website content may not be copied or used without permission except where applicable law permits.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, credentials, and feedback within agreed timelines.
- Ensure supplied materials can legally be used and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Review deliverables and report issues within the agreed acceptance or support period.
- Maintain secure access credentials and appropriate backups after handover where applicable.
